Metropolitan San Jose Waterproof SPC Flooring: Wide Wood Look Planks with an Embossed Matte Surface
Metropolitan San Jose Waterproof SPC Flooring brings the Metropolitan collection look to homes and jobsites that need a floor to go down fast and hold up. The embossed wood look surface and low sheen matte finish give the planks a natural, unpolished character, while painted bevel edges keep each 48 inch board clearly defined. San Jose is a practical choice for apartments, rentals, kitchens, hallways and finished basements in modern and transitional interiors.
Planks measure 9-1/4 inches wide by 48 inches long over a 5 mm SPC core that is 100% waterproof. A 20 mil wear layer guards the surface, embossed texture follows the grain, and an attached 1 mm EVA pad adds comfort and sound absorption underfoot. Painted bevel edges define each board, and the Uniclic locking system makes for a straightforward floating installation.

Love this vanity - it was easy to install and looks great. Slight gap in between the two cabinets, but we don't mind too much. The seamless sinks & countertop are beautiful. Drawer space isn't amazing, but the soft close features and deep cabinets make up for it

It's beautiful. Fits the room design perfectly. The high gloss makes it look very high end. People are going NUTS over the vanity. Only caution is we had to cut a slot for plumbing in shelf.
Beautiful addition to our basement bathroom renovation. It is taller than typical vanities, which is perfect for us being a tall family. I love the thick vanity top. I think it will hold up ok. This bathroom is also connected to our daughter�s bedroom, and she loves the storage this vanity has.
