Collection: Flooring

Flooring is the single largest surface in a home and it sets the tone for everything placed on it. Our collection brings together waterproof SPC and LVT, water resistant laminate, and European Oak engineered wood, all in click-lock formats chosen for the way real rooms are lived in. Prices shown are per box and are pickup prices from our Anaheim warehouse, with delivery quoted for your project.

Flooring

Waterproof and water resistant are not the same thing

This is the distinction that decides your bathroom, and it is worth two minutes of your time. Our SPC and LVT floors are fully waterproof: the core is unaffected by standing water. Laminate is water resistant, rated for a stated number of hours of surface exposure, and it is an excellent, beautiful floor for living rooms, bedrooms and hallways. For a full bath, a laundry or a kitchen with a dishwasher, we will point you to SPC or LVT every time.

SPC and LVT

Rigid core construction, dimensionally stable through seasonal swings, and the most forgiving of a subfloor that is not perfectly flat. Wear layers are offered from 12 mil through 20 mil and 3 to 4 mm, in thicknesses from 4 to 9 mm, and most carry attached underlayment in EVA or IXPE, which saves both a material and a step on installation day. If the floor is going into a rental, a busy family home or a light commercial space, the wear layer is the number to look at first.

Laminate

Rated AC3 for residential traffic or AC4 for commercial, in 8 to 12 mm thicknesses, with a hard, highly scratch-resistant surface and the most generous value per square foot in our range. Many products carry FloorScore certification and low VOC ratings, which matters in a bedroom or a nursery.

Engineered wood

A genuine European Oak wear layer over a stable engineered core, at 9/16 or 5/8 inch with a 3 or 4 mm wear layer, in wire brushed and UV lacquer finishes and random lengths to 84 inches, in character grades that let you choose how much of the tree you want to see. This is the only floor in our range that can be sanded and refinished, and the only one that will develop a patina rather than simply wearing. For clients building something intended to last generations, it is worth every consideration.

Look, format and planning

Plank widths run roughly 7 to 9 inches with lengths from 48 to 84, in micro-bevel, bevel and pressed edges, with EIR, embossed, wire brushed and handscraped textures. EIR registers the surface texture to the printed grain, so the floor feels like what it appears to be, which is the detail that separates a convincing wood look from an obvious one. Order 7 to 10 percent over your measured area for cuts and waste, more for a diagonal or herringbone layout, and pull all your boxes from the same batch. Warranties run from 5 to 10 years commercial and 20 to 50 years residential depending on the line, with lifetime residential structural coverage on some products.

A floor you chose carefully is a floor you stop thinking about, which is exactly the point. Bring your square footage and your light to our Anaheim showroom and we will help you see how a sample behaves across a whole room before you commit.
