Engineered quartz

Non-porous, requiring no sealing, and remarkably resilient against the scratches, stains and heat of a working kitchen. The quality most clients come to value is consistency: because quartz is engineered rather than quarried, the surface you specify is the surface you receive, which makes it a confident choice for a long island, an extended run of counter, or a project where a matching second slab may be needed later. It is the surface that lets a kitchen look composed for twenty years without asking anything of you.

Printed surface quartz

This deserves its own mention. A digitally printed decorative layer over a quartz base achieves a depth of marble realism that solid-through quartz cannot, which makes it compelling where the look of Calacatta matters above all else. We tell clients how it is made because we would rather you choose it knowingly and love it than discover it later.

Natural stone

Granite, quartzite, marble and dolomite are quarried, and every slab is one of one. That is the entire appeal: veining no two kitchens will ever share, and the particular satisfaction of choosing the exact piece of stone that will live in your home. Natural stone is porous to varying degrees and benefits from periodic sealing, a small ritual in exchange for a surface that genuinely cannot be reproduced.

Large format, exceptional heat and UV stability, and a thin architectural profile that suits waterfall edges and full-height cladding beautifully.

Formats and origin

Slabs are supplied in standard thickness, with jumbo formats for long runs with fewer seams, and prefabricated pieces cut to common counter and vanity dimensions where a project calls for efficiency. Edge profiles range from mitered to squared to raw, and country of origin is noted on each listing, because for natural stone that is part of the story.

Seeing slabs in person

This is the one category where a screen cannot tell you the truth, and we want you to see the real thing before you commit. Our Anaheim showroom carries samples on display so you can handle the material and compare it against your cabinetry and flooring. Full slabs are held at our partner slab yards rather than at the showroom, so viewing a full slab works best as a planned appointment. Call us with the slabs you would like to see, we will confirm which yard holds them and whether they are currently in stock, and we will coordinate the appointment for you. It is an hour well spent: movement, depth and scale only reveal themselves at full size, and it is where a two-inch sample becomes a decision you can actually make.
