PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BC006 Builder's Choice Waterproof SPC Flooring: Practical Matte Wood Look Plank for Everyday Living
BC006 Builder's Choice Waterproof SPC Flooring is the straightforward choice from the Builder's Choice collection for anyone who needs a dependable wood look floor without fuss. The matte, embossed surface keeps reflections down and lets the wood grain pattern read naturally in daylight or lamplight. Its 7 inch width sits comfortably in rentals, starter homes, basements and busy family rooms where a clean, classic plank look is the goal.
Each plank measures 7" x 48" and is built on a 5 mm stone plastic composite core that is 100% waterproof, with a 12 mil wear layer on top and a 1 mm EVA pad already attached underneath. Micro-bevel edges give a subtle plank definition, and the Uniclic locking system lets the floor float into place without glue.
Key Features
- 100% Waterproof Core: The stone plastic composite core will not swell or warp from spills, pet accidents or damp subfloors, so it can go in kitchens, baths and basements.
- 12 mil Wear Layer: A protective top layer guards the wood look print against scratches, scuffs and daily foot traffic.
- Embossed Surface: Textured embossing gives the plank a natural wood feel to match its look.
- Matte Finish: A low sheen surface hides small marks and keeps the wood look understated and natural.
- Micro-Bevel Edges: Edge detailing outlines each plank for a finished, authentic plank layout.
- Attached Underlayment: A 1 mm EVA bonded to every plank adds comfort, reduces noise and saves a separate underlayment step.
- Uniclic Click Locking: Planks click together for a floating, glue free installation over most level subfloors.
- Long Term Warranty: Covered by a 25 year residential warranty and a 10 year commercial warranty.

These door way surpass anything we could have hoped for. They are sturdy and beautiful. They glide like a breeze.Shopping online is tough. You can have confidence with KFB.
Currently live in Las Vegas, made the trip to get flooring. I arrived as the store was closing (literally locking the doors) they opened up as the staff knew I was driving from out of state. Excellent customer service, will purchase additional flooring to finish remaining rooms. Highly recommended
Sturdy, solid White Oak. Beautifully crafted, designed, and finished. Light enough for one person to move and stable enough to stand without wall-mounting (arrives fully assembled)... I chose this as a bathroom linen closet, but also works as a small armoire for the bedroom or living room, or as a kitchen pantry (or for dishes/cutlery/napkins)
It's really beautiful !!! Vanity and sink are perfectly made, texture, good opening mechanisms, unique color combined with everything (gray oak )This is really the centrepiece of the whole bathroom. Customer support - I was pleasantly amazed , they immediately respond to emails, polite, responsible, everything was resolved in aRead more about review stating Really beautiful!!! very short time. Beautiful, sturdy, good quality. I like the inside which is easy to clean.
Love this vanity - it was easy to install and looks great. Slight gap in between the two cabinets, but we don't mind too much. The seamless sinks & countertop are beautiful. Drawer space isn't amazing, but the soft close features and deep cabinets make up for it
Its perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. Made very well. Great price
Cabinet looks great company is easy and friendly to work with.
It's beautiful. Fits the room design perfectly. The high gloss makes it look very high end. People are going NUTS over the vanity. Only caution is we had to cut a slot for plumbing in shelf.
Beautiful addition to our basement bathroom renovation. It is taller than typical vanities, which is perfect for us being a tall family. I love the thick vanity top. I think it will hold up ok. This bathroom is also connected to our daughters bedroom, and she loves the storage this vanity has.
Exactly what we were looking for!
Love love!! Just sits perfect in our new bathroom.
Medicine cabinet still missing but can't wait to share!
