PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Cliffs XL Mulberry Oak Waterproof Designer Pro SPC Flooring: warm oak movement on long waterproof SPC planks
Cliffs XL Mulberry Oak leans toward the warmer end of the oak family, with grain and tonal movement that keep the floor from looking flat. It is offered on the Cliffs XL collection's 60 inch boards, textured with boardwalk plank embossing and finished matte so the surface stays soft in the light. Painted bevels on four sides define every plank. It is a good fit for family rooms, dining rooms and open plans that want warmth without a heavy stain.
Planks run 60-5/8" long by 7-1/8" wide over a 5 mm waterproof SPC core with 1.5 mm of EVA padding attached underneath. A 12 mil wear layer and an aluminum oxide UV lacquer with ceramic beads give the surface triple scratch resistance. Uniclic click joints float the floor at any grade, above or below, without glue.
Key Features
- 100% Waterproof Core: The SPC core will not swell or warp, so it can go into kitchens, baths, basements and laundry rooms
- 12 mil Wear Layer: A protective wear layer keeps the printed surface looking new through everyday household traffic
- Triple Scratch Resistant Finish: Aluminum oxide UV lacquer with ceramic beads hardens the surface against scuffs and scratches
- Boardwalk Plank Embossing: A lightly weathered board texture adds character you can feel underfoot
- Attached 1.5 mm EVA Pad: Padding is bonded to every plank, softening footfall and smoothing small subfloor imperfections
- Painted Bevel Edges: Four-sided painted V grooves give each board a clean outline instead of one flat plane
- Uniclic Click Installation: Planks click together for a glueless floating install at any grade, above or below
- Warranty Coverage: Backed by a 25 year limited residential and 5 year limited commercial warranty

These door way surpass anything we could have hoped for. They are sturdy and beautiful. They glide like a breeze.Shopping online is tough. You can have confidence with KFB.
Currently live in Las Vegas, made the trip to get flooring. I arrived as the store was closing (literally locking the doors) they opened up as the staff knew I was driving from out of state. Excellent customer service, will purchase additional flooring to finish remaining rooms. Highly recommended
Sturdy, solid White Oak. Beautifully crafted, designed, and finished. Light enough for one person to move and stable enough to stand without wall-mounting (arrives fully assembled)... I chose this as a bathroom linen closet, but also works as a small armoire for the bedroom or living room, or as a kitchen pantry (or for dishes/cutlery/napkins)
It's really beautiful !!! Vanity and sink are perfectly made, texture, good opening mechanisms, unique color combined with everything (gray oak )This is really the centrepiece of the whole bathroom. Customer support - I was pleasantly amazed , they immediately respond to emails, polite, responsible, everything was resolved in aRead more about review stating Really beautiful!!! very short time. I am very satisfied with my purchase !!! I highly recommend this unique company.
Beautiful, sturdy, good quality. I like the inside which is easy to clean.
Love this vanity - it was easy to install and looks great. Slight gap in between the two cabinets, but we don't mind too much. The seamless sinks & countertop are beautiful. Drawer space isn't amazing, but the soft close features and deep cabinets make up for it
Its perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. Made very well. Great price
Cabinet looks great company is easy and friendly to work with.
It's beautiful. Fits the room design perfectly. The high gloss makes it look very high end. People are going NUTS over the vanity. Only caution is we had to cut a slot for plumbing in shelf.
Beautiful addition to our basement bathroom renovation. It is taller than typical vanities, which is perfect for us being a tall family. I love the thick vanity top. I think it will hold up ok. This bathroom is also connected to our daughters bedroom, and she loves the storage this vanity has.
Exactly what we were looking for!
Love love!! Just sits perfect in our new bathroom.
Medicine cabinet still missing but can't wait to share!
