PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Milk Chai Waterproof SPC Flooring: Warm Creamy Wood Look Planks With Matte EIR Texture
Milk Chai Waterproof SPC Flooring settles on a warm creamy tone with a hint of spice, a light to mid wood look that flatters both painted cabinetry and natural wood furniture. Embossed in register texture follows the printed grain so the board feels like the wood it pictures, and painted bevel edges give every plank a defined outline. A matte finish keeps the surface soft rather than shiny and hides everyday dust well. It is an easy fit for kitchens, living rooms and open plan main floors, and the rigid core lets it go down on any level of the house.
Under the design layer sits a 6 mm stone plastic composite core that is 100% waterproof and dimensionally stable, topped with a 20 mil wear layer for scratch and scuff resistance. A 1.5 mm IXPE pad is attached to the back for underfoot comfort and quieter steps. The I4F click-lock system floats the planks over most sound, flat subfloors with no glue and no nails.
Key Features
- 100% Waterproof Core: The stone plastic composite core will not swell or warp when water is spilled or tracked in.
- 20 Mil Wear Layer: A thick commercial grade wear layer stands up to pets, chairs and daily foot traffic.
- Attached IXPE Pad: The 1.5 mm attached underlayment softens each step and cuts down on hollow sound.
- I4F Click-Lock Install: Planks lock together and float, so no glue and no nails are needed on a prepared subfloor.
- EIR Surface Texture: Embossed in register texture lines the grain up with the printed pattern for a convincing wood feel.
- Painted Bevel Edges: Finished bevels define every plank and give the installed floor a milled wood appearance.
- Wide 9 Inch Planks: Long 60 inch boards in a 9 inch width mean fewer seams and a cleaner, more open layout.
- Long Term Warranty: Covered by a 30-Year Residential and 10-Year Light Commercial warranty.

Currently live in Las Vegas, made the trip to get flooring. I arrived as the store was closing (literally locking the doors) they opened up as the staff knew I was driving from out of state. Excellent customer service, will purchase additional flooring to finish remaining rooms. Highly recommended
Sturdy, solid White Oak. Beautifully crafted, designed, and finished. Light enough for one person to move and stable enough to stand without wall-mounting (arrives fully assembled)... I chose this as a bathroom linen closet, but also works as a small armoire for the bedroom or living room, or as a kitchen pantry (or for dishes/cutlery/napkins)
It's really beautiful !!! Vanity and sink are perfectly made, texture, good opening mechanisms, unique color combined with everything (gray oak )This is really the centrepiece of the whole bathroom. Customer support - I was pleasantly amazed , they immediately respond to emails, polite, responsible, everything was resolved in aRead more about review stating Really beautiful!!! very short time. Beautiful, sturdy, good quality. I like the inside which is easy to clean.
Love this vanity - it was easy to install and looks great. Slight gap in between the two cabinets, but we don't mind too much. The seamless sinks & countertop are beautiful. Drawer space isn't amazing, but the soft close features and deep cabinets make up for it
Its perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. Made very well. Great price
Cabinet looks great company is easy and friendly to work with.
It's beautiful. Fits the room design perfectly. The high gloss makes it look very high end. People are going NUTS over the vanity. Only caution is we had to cut a slot for plumbing in shelf.
Beautiful addition to our basement bathroom renovation. It is taller than typical vanities, which is perfect for us being a tall family. I love the thick vanity top. I think it will hold up ok. This bathroom is also connected to our daughters bedroom, and she loves the storage this vanity has.
Exactly what we were looking for!
Love love!! Just sits perfect in our new bathroom.
Medicine cabinet still missing but can't wait to share!
