Lakeview Saguaro Waterproof SPC Flooring: Floating click planks that go over most existing floors
Lakeview Saguaro is a Lakeview collection plank that installs as a floating floor on a Uniclic Unilin locking click, which means it can go over plywood, concrete or a sound existing hard surface with no glue and no nails. The slim build helps at doorways and transitions. Above the joint, a matte embossed wood look and micro beveled edges keep the finished floor looking laid rather than laminated in place.
Every plank runs roughly 7-1/8 inches wide by 48 inches long, a proportion that reads as real board rather than oversized panel. Behind that is a 5 mm waterproof core, a 1 mm IXPE attached pad, a 12 mil wear layer and the Uniclic Unilin locking click, which floats the floor over plywood, concrete or sound existing hard surfaces.

- Generous Box Coverage: Each box covers 23.9 square feet, so a room takes fewer boxes to lay out.
- 100% Waterproof Core: Water sits on the surface rather than soaking in, so the floor can run through kitchens, baths and basements.
- Slim 5 mm Profile: A thinner build makes transitions to adjoining floors easier and helps under doors that cannot be trimmed.
- Attached 1 mm IXPE Pad: The bonded backing quiets footfall and evens out minor variation in the subfloor below.

Love this vanity - it was easy to install and looks great. Slight gap in between the two cabinets, but we don't mind too much. The seamless sinks & countertop are beautiful. Drawer space isn't amazing, but the soft close features and deep cabinets make up for it

It's beautiful. Fits the room design perfectly. The high gloss makes it look very high end. People are going NUTS over the vanity. Only caution is we had to cut a slot for plumbing in shelf.
Beautiful addition to our basement bathroom renovation. It is taller than typical vanities, which is perfect for us being a tall family. I love the thick vanity top. I think it will hold up ok. This bathroom is also connected to our daughter�s bedroom, and she loves the storage this vanity has.
