PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
825-1 LVP Glue Down Flooring: Durable Glue Down Wood Look Planks for Rentals and Retail
825-1 LVP Glue Down Flooring is a luxury vinyl plank built for rental turns, offices and retail floors. Its embossed matte wood look brings natural texture to each 48 inch plank, and square edges keep the layout clean and continuous. The 2 mm glue down construction sits low and secure, so it transitions neatly to adjacent floors and holds up in spaces that see rolling loads and steady foot traffic, from apartment units to storefronts and residential rooms.
Each plank measures 7-1/4" x 48" at 2 mm thick, with a 12 mil wear layer over an embossed matte wood look surface. Square edges and a glue down installation with no attached underpad create a flat, continuous floor, and every box covers 53.1 square feet. The floor is backed by a 25 year residential warranty and a 5 year light commercial warranty.
Key Features
- Glue Down Installation: Full spread adhesive installation keeps the planks firmly bonded for a stable floor that handles rolling loads and heavy foot traffic.
- 12 mil Wear Layer: A protective wear layer guards the printed wood look against scuffs, scratches and everyday wear.
- Embossed Matte Surface: Embossed texture and a matte finish give the planks a natural, low glare wood appearance.
- Square Edge Profile: Square edges meet tightly for a smooth, continuous surface without bevel lines.
- Low 2 mm Profile: The slim build transitions easily to adjacent flooring and keeps door clearances intact.
- Long Plank Format: Planks of 7-1/4" x 48" deliver a wood look layout with fewer seams.
- Warranty Backed: Covered by a 25 year residential warranty and a 5 year light commercial warranty.

Currently live in Las Vegas, made the trip to get flooring. I arrived as the store was closing (literally locking the doors) they opened up as the staff knew I was driving from out of state. Excellent customer service, will purchase additional flooring to finish remaining rooms. Highly recommended
Sturdy, solid White Oak. Beautifully crafted, designed, and finished. Light enough for one person to move and stable enough to stand without wall-mounting (arrives fully assembled)... I chose this as a bathroom linen closet, but also works as a small armoire for the bedroom or living room, or as a kitchen pantry (or for dishes/cutlery/napkins)
It's really beautiful !!! Vanity and sink are perfectly made, texture, good opening mechanisms, unique color combined with everything (gray oak )This is really the centrepiece of the whole bathroom. Completely delighted!
Love this vanity - it was easy to install and looks great. Slight gap in between the two cabinets, but we don't mind too much. The seamless sinks & countertop are beautiful. Drawer space isn't amazing, but the soft close features and deep cabinets make up for it
Its perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. Made very well. Great price
Cabinet looks great company is easy and friendly to work with.
It's beautiful. Fits the room design perfectly. The high gloss makes it look very high end. People are going NUTS over the vanity. Only caution is we had to cut a slot for plumbing in shelf.
Beautiful addition to our basement bathroom renovation. It is taller than typical vanities, which is perfect for us being a tall family. I love the thick vanity top. I think it will hold up ok. This bathroom is also connected to our daughters bedroom, and she loves the storage this vanity has.
