Newcastle Waterproof SPC Flooring: Light Ash Oak With A Cool Airy Cast
Newcastle Waterproof SPC Flooring blends pale ash and soft beige hues with realistic woodgrain texture for an open, airy look. Part of the SPC 7 Series, it is a natural fit for minimalist, coastal and Scandinavian inspired rooms where the floor is meant to brighten the space rather than anchor it. The matte embossed finish brings a quiet elegance to the pale tone, and the low contrast grain keeps a large floor looking calm instead of busy.
Construction is an 8 mm build, a 6 mm stone plastic composite core with a 2 mm EVA pad bonded to the back, finished with a 20 mil commercial grade wear layer. The core is 100% waterproof, so kitchens, bathrooms and basements are all fair game. Sound ratings of IIC 73 and STC 72 keep footfall from carrying between floors, and the I4F locking system floats the planks over a prepared subfloor without glue or nails.

Sturdy, solid White Oak. Beautifully crafted, designed, and finished. Light enough for one person to move and stable enough to stand without wall-mounting (arrives fully assembled)... Love this vanity - it was easy to install and looks great. Slight gap in between the two cabinets, but we don't mind too much. The seamless sinks & countertop are beautiful. Drawer space isn't amazing, but the soft close features and deep cabinets make up for it

It's beautiful. Fits the room design perfectly. The high gloss makes it look very high end. People are going NUTS over the vanity. Only caution is we had to cut a slot for plumbing in shelf.
Beautiful addition to our basement bathroom renovation. It is taller than typical vanities, which is perfect for us being a tall family. I love the thick vanity top. I think it will hold up ok. This bathroom is also connected to our daughter�s bedroom, and she loves the storage this vanity has.
