Seaside Anchor Engineered Wood Flooring is real oak with very little sanded out of it. Country CDE grading leaves the knots, mineral streaking and natural color variation that cleaner grades mill away, while a wire brushed surface pulls the grain into relief so light moves across the plank rather than sitting flat. Part of the Seaside collection, it suits coastal cottages, relaxed family rooms and any interior built around texture instead of polish.

Planks run 7-1/2" wide in random lengths up to 72", with roughly 70 percent long boards, so the layout stays wide and unhurried instead of falling into a repeating cadence. A 1/2" engineered build carries a 2 mm oak wear layer, thick enough to be sanded and refinished, and the surface is sealed under a matte UV lacquer. No pad is attached, so the underlayment is chosen to suit the subfloor.
