Seaside Summer Engineered Wood Flooring is oak with its character intact. Country CDE grading keeps the knots, mineral streaking and grain variation that cleaner grades reject, and wire brushing raises the texture so the plank feels like timber underfoot. Planks run 7-1/2" wide in random lengths up to 72", with roughly 70 percent long boards, so the layout stays wide and unhurried instead of falling into a repeating cadence. A 1/2" engineered build carries a 2 mm oak wear layer, thick enough to be sanded and refinished, and the surface is sealed under a matte UV lacquer. No pad is attached, so the underlayment is chosen to suit the subfloor.
